Welcome to my kitchen!

I take immense pleasure in food: browsing mouthwatering recipes, cooking exiting new dishes, tasting beautiful flavours. But most of all I enjoy sharing my dishes and passion for food.

Just last week (Sunday the 4th of March 2012) I cooked the first meal in my newly renovated kitchen. I thought this would be the perfect moment to start posting my recipes. The first thing I cooked on my brand new stove was a breakfast of boiled egg (the Julia Child way); my first post.

This blog is about doing what I love: serving up platefuls of pleasure!

I hope you enjoy!
